• Document release date and version: While uploading documents, the Administrator and QMS Manager can add corresponding release date and version number. Users can view every document with release version and release date.
• View for PDF and image files: All users can view PDF files and image files prior to download.
• Edit feedback status: Admin and QMS Manager can change the status of feedback received to Active, Close, On-Hold and Rejected and shall be able to use filter based on different status.
• Feedback thank you mail: Users will receive Thank you email post submitting their feedback.
• FAQ: All users will be able to see FAQs under Help section. This will help as a quick reference for understanding the EQNET tool.
• User list serial number: Serial numbers have been added to the users list and this can be viewed by Admin and QMS Manager.
• Renamed Manager as QMS Manager: The role of Manager is now changed to QMS Manager.
• Editing Role: Admin will be able to change the User role.
• Q-Aware: All users will be able to view videos, articles, and mailers regularly as uploaded by the Quality team, so that they can enhance their knowledge on quality concepts. A person with Admin role can upload the content.
• Filters for User section: Admin and QMS Manager will be able to get desire users list using company, status, role and date filters.
• Editing Status: Admin will be able to change the Users status.
• Users last seen: Admin and QMS Manager will be able to view users last seen timestamp, so that Admin and QMS Manager can track frequently visited users.
• User list for QMS Managers: QMS Managers will be able to view users of assigned organization.
• New Banner: Admin, QMS Managers and users will be able to view banner of GETS Quality policy.
• Update help document: Users will see updated help document on EQNET Portal.
